Hotel en Monasterio
Fundado por la orden religiosa de Les Minimes en 1613, siguió funcionando como monasterio hasta el año 2000. El cultivo y el estudio de las plantas constituían una parte importante de la vida del convento. Tras la Revolución Francesa, el Couvent des Minimes permaneció deshabitado hasta 1862, cuando el canónigo Terrasson, arcipreste de Forcalquier, lo convirtió en hospicio. A lo largo de los años, los sucesivos residentes cultivaron árboles frutales, vides, capuchinas y fucsias, por lo que hoy en día sus terrenos siguen floreciendo.
